Lou Pincheon, our board chair, is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in social services, community engagement, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Lou brings valuable expertise in budgeting and fiscal oversight for nonprofit and government programs, ensuring strong stewardship of resources and development of community programs.
As assistant board director, Reginald Pincheon combines an MBA in Finance with strong leadership and management experience to guide our organization. Reginald is dedicated to advancing our mission, strengthening programs that support individuals and families, and fostering innovative solutions that create lasting community impact.
Ayana Chism-Brown, our treasurer, brings extensive leadership experience in childcare and children’s services, with expertise in budgeting, social services, and advocacy for underserved populations. In addition to strong financial oversight, Ayana is committed to ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to advance our mission.
Kaleb Miller, our board member for digital strategy and technology, is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Kaleb brings professional experience in healthcare IT support. With a commitment to leveraging technology in human services, Kaleb helps align our digital strategy with our mission.
As secretary, Autumn Joyner brings a strong academic background in biochemistry from Tennessee State University, along with a passion for advancing science and technology. Autumn believes innovation should be leveraged to create meaningful change in people’s lives, particularly in ways that enhance social services and community support.
