Lou Pincheon, our board chair, is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in social services, community engagement, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). With her Doctorate in Behavioral Health (management), Lou brings valuable expertise in budgeting, fiscal oversight, and integrated health programming for nonprofit and government programs, ensuring strong stewardship of resources and the development of community programs.

Reginald Pincheon, Assistant Board Chair and Treasurer

As assistant board director, Reginald Pincheon combines an MBA in Finance with strong leadership and management experience to guide our organization. Reginald is dedicated to advancing our mission, strengthening programs that support individuals and families, and fostering innovative solutions that create lasting community impact.

Ayana Chism-Brown- Organizational Development Committee Organizer

Ayana Chism-Brown brings extensive leadership experience in children's services and social service organizations, with a strong commitment to serving underserved populations. Her expertise in organizational development, program oversight, and strategic planning supports the growth and sustainability of Acts of Faith Ministries. Through her focus on effective resource management, operational excellence, and mission-driven leadership, she helps strengthen the organization's capacity to create lasting community impact.

Myeasha Harris- Community Partnerships & Outreach Committee Organizer

Myeasha brings a strong history of community involvement, healthcare advocacy, and social services experience to Acts of Faith Ministries. She is dedicated to connecting individuals and families with resources, supporting community initiatives, and fostering meaningful partnerships that strengthen communities. Her passion for service and volunteerism helps advance AOF's mission of promoting health equity, community engagement, and improved outcomes for individuals and families.

Autumn Joyner- Community Education and Advocacy Committee

Autumn Joyner brings a strong academic background in biochemistry from Tennessee State University, along with a passion for advancing science and technology. Autumn believes innovation should be leveraged to create meaningful change in people’s lives, particularly in ways that enhance social services and community support.

Kaleb Miller- Digital Strategy Technology

Kaleb Miller, our committee member for digital strategy and technology, is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Kaleb brings professional experience in healthcare IT support. With a commitment to leveraging technology in human services and healthcare, Kaleb helps align our digital strategy with our mission.

Bianca Witherspoon- Secretary

Bianca Witherspoon combines professional experience in the retail sector with a longstanding commitment to community service, educational support, and volunteer leadership. Her involvement with PTA organizations, school programs, and community outreach initiatives reflects a deep belief in empowering families and creating positive environments for children to succeed. Her commitment to advancing health equity and community well-being shines through her effective communication and organizational support.
