Our Mission

 Acts of Faith Ministries advances health equity by addressing health disparities and the social determinants of health through education, outreach, and community partnerships that transform knowledge and lived experiences into action for healthier, more resilient communities. 

Alongside our healthcare initiative, Acts of Faith Ministries offers parenting resources, financial-literacy workshops, advocacy, and connections to other vital community programs. By elevating lived experience as essential evidence and providing direct access to these supports, we help individuals and families strengthen their well-being and ensure that equitable, compassionate care is accessible to everyone.
